At Jig Quest Consulting, our recruitment mandate process begins with In-person meeting with client, understanding client’s need and its nature of business. The process involves pre and post recruitment follow-ups with both clients and candidates at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Understanding Requirement

    This includes, functional areas, job title, job specifications, key skills, education, reporting relationships, industry preference, compensation package, job location and other relevant details, if any.

  • Sourcing and Head Hunting

    After the job details are identified, our sourcing team will first identify suitable candidates from our exhaustive database and if required use all the resources used in searching the right match.

  • Candidate Screening

    Candidates are screened at 2 levels by the experienced recruiters as per the specifications of the mandate wherein besides suitability of candidate for the position, academic credentials, and formal reference checks (if necessary) are verified. The short-listed candidates are adequately briefed about organization before they are recommended for an interview.

  • Regular Follow-ups

    Regular follow-ups and coordination is done with both client and candidate until selection and joining process of the candidate is completed.

  • Selection and Joining

    After the selection process is completed by the client, we then ensure the smooth Joining of candidate in the organization.
