Jig Quest Consulting’s’ Permanent Hire Services are a perfect solution for companies that need technical/functional resources internally. Permanent Hire Services give companies the ability to immediately hire our consultants/candidates as internal employees.

With Permanent Hire Services, Jig Quest Consulting and the client agree on the terms of the Permanent Hire placement which include the fee percentage as per the Industry standards.

Contract to Hire

Contract-to-Hire Services are with the flexibility that it is the intention of the client to hire the contractual resource from Jig Quest Consulting at some point in the future.

We provide our clients the ability to monitor the work performance of a consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment.

With Contract-to-Hire Services, Jig Quest Consulting and the client agree on an mutually agreed rate for the contract period. The date the consultant will convert to be an employee of the company, a minimum number of months the consultant must work as a Jig Quests’ consultant prior to conversion, and a conversion fee which is payable to Jig Quest Consulting once the consultant has converted to regular employee status with the company.
